At Matrix Service Company, we believe in building strong communities. Every year our employees positively impact the communities where we live and work by volunteering, fundraising, mentoring and raising awareness for countless organizations.

Offices across the organization came together during the holiday season to give back to the communities where we live and work.

Adopting Families in Bellingham, WA

Our Bellingham office adopted two families, providing much-needed items and enabling a brighter holiday season. They also hosted a Toys for Tots drive to benefit families in Whatcom County.

Collecting Food in Cushing, OK

Employees at the Keyera Wildhorse Terminal job site held a food drive supporting the local food bank. Working together, our staff there collected food donations to feed more than 200 families, as well as $1,800. Volunteers went to the food bank to help distribute the donations to the community.

Running a Food Drive in Eddystone, PA

The Eddystone office conducted a food drive for CityTeam, supporting the organization’s goal of meeting local needs, offering help, hope, and hot meals to those in need.

Empowering Better Holidays in Orange, CA

This wonderful holiday tradition supports struggling Orange County families with food and gifts for the holidays. This year the program connected donors with more than 1,400 families and children.

Collecting Toys in Tulsa, OK

Employees at the Matrix corporate office joined other businesses in the Tulsa area in providing gifts for more than 10,000 children through the Salvation Army’s Angel Tree initiative. Matrix and its employees bought gifts for 40 children in need. Meridian Tower employees also filled totes for area seniors.

We are extremely proud of the efforts our employees made to brighten the holidays of those less fortunate than themselves. And, our philanthropic efforts aren’t limited to the holidays. From building homes in underserved areas to mentoring in classrooms, Matrix employees understand the importance of strengthening our local communities.

How Else Does Matrix Support Community Involvement?

Over the years, Matrix has partnered with charitable organizations ranging from Habitat for Humanity, the Salvation Army, and United Way to the Ronald McDonald House and American Heart Association. We also empower our employees to contribute positively and give back to their communities.

Employee giving

Matrix employees contribute to their communities by volunteering their time and talent to raise money. In the past, employee giving campaigns have raised as much as $100,000 in employee donations for a single organization. 

Charitable Matching program

The Company’s Charitable Giving Policy was established to encourage employee giving and provides a dollar-for-dollar match of employee contributions. It’s a powerful way to share the Matrix spirit while doubling the impact of our employees’ community contributions.

Volunteer Paid Time Off

Matrix encourages all employees to get involved in their communities and lend their support to programs that positively impact others’ quality of life. That’s why Matrix has a program that allows employees to use paid time each year to participate in their chosen volunteer program.
