Matrix wants to support you in the field to give you the most updated information possible at your fingertips with jobs, safety, the latest news and more. Field and craft Matrix employees are encouraged to download Matrix Service’s MyMSI mobile app for the latest company news, safety updates, and more!
Matrix Service’s MyMSI craft and field mobile app is now available in your smartphone’s app store. Learn more about the app here or download it from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store now.

Logging in to the mobile app: 

1. Open the app
2. Enter in your employee ID (This can be found on any paycheck stub). If your employee ID contains leading zeros (i.e. 008778), this can be added (or not) when creating the account or logging in. If you are not a Matrix employee, enter your desired username.
3. Tap the checkbox next to “I Agree to Terms of Service”
4. Choose “Next”
5. Enter your work or personal email address
6. Enter in a password and confirm this in the fields provided
7. Tap “Create Account”
8. An email will be sent to the address reflected in Step 5. Go to this email and select “click here to verify”
9. Return to the app and log in using the employee ID and password.
