Matrix Service was contracted by TransCanada Pipelines Ltd. to for the engineering, fabrication and construction of 8 open-top crude oil storage tanks with pontoon external floating roofs. The combined added storage capacity totaled 2,600,000 BBL. This project was “phase C” of their Keystone Hardisty Tank Terminal (KHTT) in Hardisty, Alberta.
